Meet The Face Behind Meerholz Canada

I’m Dan Dubrule, the proud owner of Meerholz Canada. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I established my first business venture, Dubrule Electrical Automation Ltd., in 2010. I got into the overhead crane repair, maintenance, and installation services industry when in 2016, I was contracted to assist with overhead crane troubleshooting, installation, and repairs. Then in 2018, when the previous owners were ready to retire, I initiated a business purchase, sealing the deal in 2020.

In the years since I took over Meerholz Canada, both my businesses have continued to expand rapidly, and I have twenty-plus full-time dedicated employees.

As cheesy as its sounds, the most rewarding part of running my business is helping people and companies be safe and compliant. Many companies out there come out and do the bare minimum to satisfy regulatory requirements. We go above and beyond, helping them work through items they are responsible for while ensuring that their equipment is safe and everyone is trained to use it.

My business philosophy is based on providing exceptional customer service, and I hope to single-handedly change the industry through innovation and education.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart is my core values of transparency, integrity, quality, and trust.

I attribute my success primarily to my customer-first approach. I ensure that my clients are satisfied with their experience, compliant with pertinent regulations, and are working with completely safe equipment.

Being able to provide crane solutions to our clients that were previously thought impossible has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I’m a family man. I am blessed with three young kids, so my downtime is often spent with them camping, boating, quadding, and doing other fun outdoor activities.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
