The Johnson Hay Fork Pulley:
2,000 pound capacity in a 7-pound package.

The Hay Fork Pulley is constructed of a one-piece shell formed of AISI 1018 steel plate. The unit is grooved for either 1/2 inch wire rope or 1-1/4 inch manila rope. It is available in bronze bushed models, with AISI 1040 non-hardened center pins, and in roller bearings models, with AISI 1018 quenched and tempered center pins. Both types offer a choice of forged steel swivel hooks or swivel eyes.

Johnson Tong Line Blocks

The Tong Line Block is the upper block in the counter-balanced system which enables the drill pipe tongs to be manually lowered and raised. Features of this versatile and hard working block include an easy-to-open side plate; choice of bronze bushing or roller bearing sheaves, both center-pin lubricated. The unit is fabricated of ASTM-A36 structural quality steel plate with drop forged steel eye.

The Laydown Block
makes pipe handling easier for the man on the rig.

With a hook that is designed to insert into the end of its load, this block is ideal for laying down drill pipe from the well. One side of the block opens up for fast reeving. A combination hook/handle enables the operator to guide the hook onto the pipe rim with greater accuracy, less danger of personal injury.

The Manhandler™ Block
securing systems is featured in two designs.

The Personnel Lifting Snatch Block is suitable for personnel hoisting because of the additional attachment points for secondary tether connection and a backup securing system.
The Manhandler™ Derrick Snatch Block is for overhead hoisting applications.Both blocks feature:
